Positioned on the corners of Villiers Street and Mary Street, this project consists of 27 attached townhomes on an irregular shaped block with three street frontages. Fundamentally, the division of the development into smaller clusters of 6 to 7 residences is paramount to providing occupants with a sense of individuality and belonging. 22 of the residences are provided with individual street frontages in this mixed-use area. Living rooms are located on the third level and most are provided with roof terraces, which survey the city skyline. A highly refined level of facade articulation has been incorporated into the design to individualize each residence and amplify its separation. Zinc and cedar claddings were selected for longevity, and their natural patina.
